2. Product Description & Model Clarification
The Specter R1 Drone is an unmanned aerial vehicle equipped with dual forward and downward optical sensors. The "Specter R1 Pro Flight Kit" designates an upgraded accessory package containing the Specter R1 Drone along with dual batteries, spare propellers, and a protective carrying case. The term "Pro" describes the bundled kit configuration, not an independently separate drone airframe.
3. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee Terms
Purchases made through authorized promotional links are backed by our 90-Day Guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with flight performance, you may return the complete drone kit within ninety (90) days from verified package delivery. Refunds cover product purchase price less standard shipping and handling charges. Returned hardware must include all original batteries, controllers, and packaging components.

In no event shall Specter, its distributors, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unauthorized modifications, pilot error, improper battery storage, or third-party property damage arising during flight operations.
